Cape Cod Pro-Am League

2014 CCPAL Membership Applications are now being accepted!

This years fee remains the same as 2013 at $80.00 if received prior to March 15th! After that the fee is $100.00!

The Application can be downloaded off the www.ccpal.com website.

The applications will be date stamped when received and those dates will be used to determine rank in Limited Field Events! Apps received first will to priority in those Events!!

Please fill out all the information on them as that info will be transposed onto the GLG scoring site.
